Service Description

Mindfulness is the basic human ability to be fully present and has been consistently proven to be a powerful tool in the treatment of stress, depression and anxiety. In this group, you will learn what mindfulness is, the basic principles, several mindfulness techniques and, through practice, learn how to apply them in your everyday life. This is a skills training group and runs for two 1.5-hour sessions.
